2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to serve you well.

• Email address — collected when you join the waitlist, submit a popup form, or complete a purchase.
• Name — collected if you choose to provide it at signup or checkout.
• Payment information — collected at checkout and processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers, billing details, and payment credentials are never stored on our servers. See Section 5.
• ID document images (Dark Collection applicants only) — government-issued ID is collected via an encrypted third-party identity-verification vendor for age and identity verification. See Section 8.
• Activity data — cookies, analytics signals, IP address, and general browser/device data collected automatically when you visit the site. See Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for exactly these purposes and no others:

• To deliver the products and experiences you purchased.
• To send you emails you opted into (offers, the Red Letter, product updates, experience invitations).
• To process your payment securely via Stripe.
• To verify the age and identity of Dark Collection applicants.
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience.

4. What We Do NOT Do

We do not:

• Sell your data to any third party.
• Share your data with marketing or advertising third parties.
• Publish member identities or guest lists.
• Tag you on social media.
• Check you in publicly at any event or experience.
• Announce your membership, attendance, or participation to anyone outside The Red Collection.

Your membership is yours. Your presence is private. Your name belongs to you.

5. Stripe Red Lane

All payment processing is handled via a dedicated Stripe Red lane that is segregated from any other business entity or revenue stream. Card numbers, payment credentials, and financial details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on The Red Collection’s servers. 6. Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses standard cookies for functionality (keeping you logged in, remembering preferences) and analytics (understanding how visitors move through the site). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies that share your behavior with third-party ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality but will not prevent you from accessing content you have already purchased.

7. Email Communication

We send emails only to people who have opted in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not send spam. We do not add you to lists you did not choose. All email signups require a 21+ confirmation at the point of signup. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. 8. ID Verification (Dark Collection Only)

Dark Collection applicants are required to submit a government-issued ID for age and identity verification.

• ID images are processed via a third-party encrypted identity-verification vendor (vendor to be contracted as Phase 1 deliverable — vendor selection pending legal review).
• ID images are automatically destroyed within 30 days of verification per CCPA- and GDPR-aligned data destruction standards.
• Only the verification result is retained (verified/not verified, age confirmed). Raw ID images are never retained after the destruction window.
• Verification results are stored in an access-controlled vault. They are not synced to any public CRM or marketing platform.
• Third-party sharing: none, except as required by lawful subpoena or court order.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some audio and video content on this site or in our products may use AI-generated voice or likeness. Any asset using AI-generated voice or likeness carries a mandatory disclosure caption at or before the point of consumption, per our brand doctrine and ElevenLabs Creator license terms.

10. Brand Firewall Statement

The Red Collection is operated entirely separately from Priceless Diamonds Inc. (501(c)(3)) and Operation Diamond Alliance. These are distinct legal entities with distinct EINs, distinct payment rails, distinct governance structures, distinct revenue ledgers, and no co-mingling of funds, data, donor pools, programming, or governance. No information collected by The Red Collection is shared with, transferred to, or accessible by Priceless Diamonds Inc. or Operation Diamond Alliance. The temple stands on its own. The lineage is shared. Entities are separate.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your marketing data. Legal records (NDA, age verification results, consent acknowledgments) are retained per our 7-year legal retention floor and cannot be deleted on request.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from email communication at any time.

The Red Collection is restricted to adults aged 21 and over. By using this site, submitting any form, or completing any purchase, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
