1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting this site, joining the waitlist, purchasing any product, or applying to any experience, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase any product. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes agreement to the updated terms. The current version is always posted at theredcollection.co/terms.

2. What The Red Collection Is

The Red Collection is a privacy-first adult wellness and lifestyle brand built on four pillars:

• Privacy-first hospitality — your presence is never announced, never published, never tagged.
• Sensual wellness — educational and experiential programming that reconnects you to your own senses and sovereignty.
• Curated transformation — immersive experiences designed to move you from where you are to where you belong.
• High-ticket sanctuary — a private space where desire is not a problem to solve, it is a language to learn.

All products and experiences are educational, experiential, and lifestyle-curated. The Red Collection is not a therapy provider. It is not a medical provider. It is not a psychiatric provider. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, therapeutic services, or clinical consultation of any kind.

3. What The Red Collection Is NOT

The Red Collection is not:

• A sex club.
• An escort service.
• An adult entertainment business (under any applicable legal definition).
• A therapy provider.
• A medical provider.
• A psychiatric provider.
• A provider of drug-related or controlled-substance services.
• A swinger venue.
• A public event space.
• Affiliated with or operated by any nonprofit entity.

Public-facing language uses: private adult wellness, sensual lifestyle experiences, embodied sovereignty programming, consensual intimacy education. Terms like “swinger,” “sex club,” “play space,” and explicit-content terminology are never used to describe this brand.

4. Wellness-Not-Medical Disclaimer

All products, audio experiences, mini-courses, retreats, salons, and Apex programming offered by The Red Collection are educational, sensual-wellness, and lifestyle-curated in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or psychiatric services. Participants who need clinical support are directed to seek licensed providers. The Red Collection does not promise, guarantee, heal, treat, or cure any condition. Outcomes are individual and are never guaranteed.

If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or call/text 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

5. 21+ Requirement

All products, memberships, experiences, and applications are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. Age is verified at the following stages:

• At email signup: 21+ confirmation checkbox required.
• At digital product checkout: 21+ acknowledgment required.
• At application for gated tiers (The Threshold, The Circle, The Sanctuary, Dark Collection): additional age confirmation required.
• At Dark Collection application: government-issued ID verification required (see Privacy Policy Section 8).

Any person who misrepresents their age forfeits all access and all payments without refund and may be permanently banned from all Red Collection experiences.

6. Payment and Stripe Red Lane

All payments are processed via a dedicated Stripe Red lane. This lane is segregated from any other business entity. Card numbers and payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by The Red Collection. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service (stripe.com/legal). All prices are in USD. Taxes, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility by product tier:

• Red Reset Audio (digital download): 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from date of purchase. Request via [email protected] within 7 days.
• The Threshold ($497 Pre-Circle Immersion Weekend): Refund policy specified at application and purchase. Generally non-refundable within 14 days of the experience date. Full policy provided at application acceptance.
• The Circle (Apex Founding Circle, $1,997): Refund policy specified in the purchase agreement and NDA executed at acceptance. Not eligible for general refund after NDA execution.
• The Sanctuary (Apex Private Intensive, $7,500 to $25,000): Refund policy specified in the custom purchase agreement. Not eligible for general refund after program build begins.
• Dark Collection Salon: Refund policy specified in the NDA and acceptance documentation. Not eligible for refund after NDA execution.
• Annual Memberships (Red Key, Red Suite, Red Crown): Non-refundable after the annual access window begins. Cancellation stops future renewal only.

8. Application-Only Tiers

The following experiences require an application and are not available to the general public:

• The Threshold ($497) — application-aware access.
• The Circle (Apex Founding Circle, $1,997) — 12 seats, application required, NDA required.
• The Sanctuary (Apex Private Intensive, $7,500 to $25,000) — application required, NDA required.
• Dark Collection Private Salon — application required, invitation required, NDA required.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is collected only after acceptance and, where required, NDA execution. The Red Collection reserves the right to decline any application without disclosure of the reason.

9. NDA Requirement (Dark Collection and Apex)

All Dark Collection and Apex-tier (The Circle and The Sanctuary) experiences require an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement before any in-person experience, private session, or gated content access. NDA materials are provided to applicants after acceptance. No in-person experience in these tiers begins without a countersigned NDA on file. Members receive a countersigned copy.

10. Brand Firewall Statement

The Red Collection is operated entirely separately from Priceless Diamonds Inc. (501(c)(3)) and Operation Diamond Alliance. These are distinct legal entities with distinct EINs, distinct payment rails, distinct governance, and no co-mingling of funds, programming, governance, or data. No charitable assets, donor-restricted funds, or nonprofit resources fund or support any Red Collection activity. The temple stands on its own. The lineage is shared. Entities are separate.

11. AI-Generated Content

Some audio and video content used in Red Collection products and experiences uses AI-generated voice or likeness. Any such content carries a mandatory disclosure caption at or before the point of consumption.

12. Intellectual Property

The Eighth Sense framework, The Red Collection brand architecture, all product names, all course content, all audio content, all written materials, and all visual assets are owned by The Red Collection or its founder and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any Red Collection content is permitted without prior written permission. Membership or purchase grants personal, non-transferable access only.

13. No Therapy, Medical, or Controlled-Substance Claims

The Red Collection does not provide:

• Psychotherapy or any licensed mental-health service.
• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Psychiatric services.
• DMT, psilocybin, MDMA, or any Schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled-substance-facilitated services.
• Psychedelic-assisted therapy or facilitation of any kind.
• Any service requiring a professional license under Georgia or any other state’s practice acts.

Any product, session, or experience described using words like “reset,” “restore,” “reconnect,” or “return to yourself” refers to a wellness and sensory experience only — not medical, psychiatric, or clinical intervention.

14. Sober-Engagement Floor (In-Person Experiences)

All in-person Red Collection experiences operate a sober-engagement floor. Participants commit to attending without alcohol intoxication or controlled-substance influence. Specific alcohol and substance protocols are published per individual experience. Violation of the sober-engagement floor results in immediate removal from the experience without refund.

Note: Full sober-engagement policy is in development. This section reflects current doctrine intent. Counsel review will confirm final language.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Red Collection and its founder, team, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any experience. Maximum liability for any claim related to a specific product or experience is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or experience. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
